After attending Sam Houston High School and the University of Texas at Arlington, he has built his agency on trust, integrity, exceptional service, and long-term client relationships. Outside the office, Mickey enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars, watching his son play ice hockey, and spending time with his wife, Border Collies, and cats.
As Office Manager, Svetlana helps keep the agency running smoothly with her organization, dedication, and attention to detail. Originally educated in Cheboksary, Russia, she is known for her warmth, intelligence, and strong support of both the team and agency operations. Outside of work, she enjoys a perfectly cooked steak and a good murder mystery. Svetlana plays an essential role in the agency’s success every day.

Lilli is a licensed insurance producer who enjoys helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Oceanside, California, and a graduate of Vista High School, she brings enthusiasm, energy, and a customer-focused approach to every interaction. Outside of work, Lilli enjoys following baseball, watching documentaries, and seeking out new adventures. A fan of both the San Diego Padres and Texas Rangers, she’s always ready to cheer on her favorite teams.
Originally from Siberia, Russia, Daria enjoys helping clients navigate the often-confusing world of insurance with clarity and confidence. She believes that great service starts with listening and finding solutions that truly fit each client’s needs. Outside of work, Daria enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her family. A proud mom with a creative spirit and a love for adventure, she brings warmth, dedication, and a personal touch to every client interaction.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys staying active, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and watching classic Arnold Schwarzenegger movies. Her dedication to helping others is evident in everything she does.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys Chinese food, seafood boils, movie nights, and trivia.
